It is a finca set over two floors that measures 300 m2; porches, gardens and a lovely pool area create an environment that allows you to enjoy the spaces with a very relaxed atmosphere and contact with nature.
The house has got four main entrances with direct access to the porch area, garden and BBQ as well as access to backside of the side where you can find the laundry room and outdoor storage.
The distribution of the interiors has is made up by a large living / dining room, which is the core part of the house that connects to the other rooms. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, crockery, gas hob and cooker, oven, large pantry, coffee machine, tea kettel, dishwasher, microwave, and a fridge freezer.
The house has 5 bedrooms, with 6 single beds and 2 double beds. The master bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite bathroom and large terrace overlooking the pool with hammock.
2 separate bathrooms inside the house both with shower. 1 bathroom en suite with bathtub. 1 outdoor bathroom with shower.
The large sofas, tables and chairs do all have their meeting space so that nobody is left without his place. The villa has got Wifi, stereo and an iPod dock satellite channel. The large porch and large terrace on the top floor are both equipped with sofas and table, wicker chairs, imperial table and a hammock hanging in a perfect place to enjoy the fantastic sunset views.
The exterior is the perfect place to relax and sunbathe in Ibiza. The pool is surrounded by a lovely green garden and sun loungers, as well as an outdoor bathroom with toilet and shower. There are several chill out areas, gardens and green spaces, as well a living room and dining area. There are sofas, tables, chairs and BBQ, ideal for outdoor dining on warm summer evenings.

Complete cleaning every 7 nights, including change of sheets and towels.

Rental conditions

– No disorderly conduct, loud music, or parties are allowed anytime of the day or night
– Smoking on the villa is prohibited
– Animals or pets are not allowed
– No food or drinks of any sort are in the pool premises

– Check out rules : Until 10:00 Am

– Mandatory Security deposit: 1200.00 EUR

– The customer must give up the property and its contents as it was when he checked in. Trash must be carried out, and dishes washed and left in the dishwasher. Otherwise, the amount of 50.00 EUR may be charged for extraordinary cleaning.
– The customer must confirm his departure hour with our colleague by calling him and arranging a final viewing of the apartment. Once checked that there are no damages, breakage or destruction of property, the security deposit will be refunded.
– For each broken, damaged or lost set of keys an amount of 150.00 EUR will be charge
